Fabien tests his new “Paddler” K1

Author: Fabien takes to the water in his new “Paddler” single kayak (K1). The test run, at Pau’s whitewater stadium, was the first for a boat which is the first produced by his new company, « Paddler Equipment » .

Fabien launches “Paddler Equipment”
After 12 years of developing boats and paddles with various constructors, Fabien launches his own brand. He will sail his new “Paddler Equipment” single kayak (K1) at the 2011 World Championships in September.
Duo works on C2 in 2011 Worlds pool
Fabien and Denis squeeze in extra double canoe (C2) training sessions on the Bratislava pool that will stage this year’s world championships. Denis has a single canoe (C1) World Cup race in neighbouring Czech Republic.
The Kayak & the Bratislava Waves
Fabien and Denis head back to Bratislava in Slovakia early to prepare for the European Championships, which take place there from June 3-6. Fabien tells us why they are leaving early… and how his kayak is now better able to meet the Bratislava challenge.
Visiting Vajda
Fabien, Denis and Jean-Yves (their trainer) visit Vajda, their sponsor and boat constructor in the suburbs of Bratislava, for talks on adjustments to their double canoe and repairs to their training boats….
